The asset list is a list that contains all assets that need to be created, the list also automatically generates the correct filenames to use. For all projects it is absolutely essential to work with the asset list and to keep it up to date if for example an extra asset is requested or if an asset changes duration, aspect ratio etc etc.

How To Use

You fill in the AssetList for your project as soon as all deliverables are finalised from the creative deck. Below an example of a AssetList.

Assetlist - Philips PH + DA

Below the explanations of the columns. If theres no info available for a certain column you do not have to fill it in. We have different file naming per client so also AssetList differs but this is the basic.

Status:

Set the status of the assets

ProjectNo:

Our internal project number

Number:

Set the unique number of the asset. The first assets start as 010, second asset is 020, etc etc. If you need to add the same asset but with different ratio like 4,5 or 9x16 the number will become 021, 022, 023, etc etc

Product/ProjectName:

Keep this short. Do not use the full project name. The product name or shortcut for the Project name is enough.

Differentiation:

If you need to declare a differentiation of the product like you need to create assets of 2 product within the same project. So if you have a purifier product with naming like Mars 4000 and Mars 5000. Product is then Mart, differentiation is 4000 and 5000.

Platform:

Like it says on which online platform it will be used

AssetType:

Which kind of asset you are creating.

Phase:

This can be differs per project but usually it is Desire, Convert, Explore or Wave 01, Wave 02 etc etc.

Length:

This is only needed if it is given by client.

Ratio:

What will be the dimensions of the asset.

Language:

This is mandatory to be filled in. In general if its unknown fill in EN for english.
