Welcome to our post-production department. We are thrilled to have you join our team of professionals. Our modular production approach applies not only to our shoots but also to our post-production. As multiple individuals often work on the same projects, it is crucial for everyone in our department to follow a set of basic rules. That's why this wiki page has been set up. If you have any questions about the content on this Wiki, please ask one of our media managers or editors for assistance.

To connect to our server, open the Elements app and log in using your credentials. If you don't have an account, or if the Elements app isn't installed, please contact Daniel or Torben. The server operates on mounts, so ensure you mount all relevant clients to work on a project.
Remember that rushes are stored on separate mounts, so don't forget to mount those as well.
<aside> ⚠️ Avoid saving any project-related files on a local drive. Instead, always copy them to the server and proceed with your work from there.

Our folder structure is quite extensive, and while it may seem excessive, please refrain from removing any folders from the standard structure. We encourage structured work, and if you feel the need for additional folders, you're welcome to create them. Please don't remove any existing ones. If you are unsure about the location of certain files or where to place them, please ask one of our media managers for assistance.
Here's a general overview of the folder structure:
