When this page is created from the TEMPLATE MAIN there are some settings that needs to be done by hand.

First delete the assetlists which are not needed for this project. We have 3 assetlist one specially for Philips, one for Versuni and one for all other clients.

Remove the asset list you dont need

Then Rename the page (Client Portal → RENAME THIS).

To do this; right click on the name and select rename in the pop-up menu. It always needs to have a projectnumber and projectname. So like 23145 - Yoda Campaign

Standard all created pages have the option share to web enabled. If you leave this as is then client has the option to see all information we keep track on this page which is something we dont want.

So do the following for all the pages. On the top of the page go to Share and deselect Share to Web.

Disable the share to web option

On the pages of the Asset list and Milestones / Produciton you select the below arrow button which opens a new page. On the top of the page go to Share and enable Share to Web.

Select the two arrows button to open the page.

Now you can move the renamed Client page to Client Portals in the corresponding client page in the left column.
