Creating the EG+ delivery from

Even before we are fully and 100% ready for delivery we can ensure we have everything completed to upload to EG+.

For the post-producer

These steps need to be completed before the final delivery process can start:

• We need the complete and full PAL sheet with all assets. Pal sheet needs to be ready when starting post. This could mean we need to update with some additional assets or less assets, however, the sheet can be prepped before going into post. Please chase producers for this. Happy to not start with post if the sheet isn’t there. This will avoid issues on the long run.
• We need the complete and full asset tracker sheet.
• Once these are ready to go you send an e-mail with request for the upload link to these e-mail addresses;

  • PLUS the Philips producer

Make sure to include both the PAL sheet & EG+ sheet as they require the toolkit name and they’ll check naming conventions. The sooner therefore we share these decks the easier our processes will be.
