To access the server:

• Use any webbrowser
• Type: 10.30.1.35 and login in with credentials. (usually your wenneker email and default password for Elements).

Create Users

• Select ‘Users’ (right column)
• Click ‘Create User’, enter the name and continue
• Add email address
• Add user to groups (usually pick post + mediamgmt). For non employees pick Freelancers. Permissions are given automatically.
• Click save.

Create Workspaces

• Select ‘Workspaces’ (right column)
• Click ‘Create workspace’ and enter the name. Production: Choose Wenneker.
