Final Deliveries - Video

Final Deliveries are an important part of the Wenneker Workflow. In essence we deliver a package which contains all the elements necessary to update supers or use in other projects.

Some things to consider before we start the final delivery are the following:

For which client are we delivering? → Philips PH/DA, Signify, Henkel etc.
Which assets are approved? → Is everything approved? Can we work in batches?
Do we have specific filenames? → PAL, DAM, SAL sheets or our own naming.
Where do we deliver? → E.g. Frame.io, Dropbox, EG+ etc.
Is there enough time being booked in? Quality over speed. A single asset delivery takes between 5 to 10 min.

A general overview of what we create for video assets:

2	MP4 Master	Created from Master MOV. Add _master
3	MOV Clean	Final video WITHOUT super layer. All other effects (e.g. shadows, adjustment layer should stay in). Add _clean
4	Audio Collect	Bounce + stems in collect folder. Add _BOUNCE, _mus-undipped, _SFX-stem, _VO-stem, _LOGO-stem
5	After Effects Collect	Collect of all super comps. Same name as master MOV file but add _super

The general overview of final delivering

Check and rename timelines in Premiere, both masters and cleans.
Collect audio files
Check master, clean & audio files again in Premiere
Collect AE project, import the new clean file in corresponding comp.
Deliver and put files on FINAL DELIVERY dropbox.
