When creating a new project?

A soon as a project request is being done by a producer you create immediately the project in FLOAT. What you need to know for creating the project:

• Project number
• Client
• Projectname
• Budget

This info is being provided by the producer.

CREATE NEW PROJECT

You create a new project by adding it on the project page. Go to this page and create a new project based on a template. Do do this go to the top right cornor of the project page, click on Manage templates and hover over the template Main Template and click use template.

Within the pop-up menu you add the following.

Projectname → XXXXX - ClientShortcut - ProjectName
