To navigate Frame.io properly, here is a quick explanation of the way it is structured.
Once logged into the platform (using the [email protected] account), make sure you are in the Wenneker.Amsterdam space. You can see that in the top left corner:
https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXeYkdcxdPj5NOCJeo-UKhT-Wc-9dz9h7K-3AU-HZOkbsSI-YcxOIj4pKhAZkzGgVAN-WaWoNbCX2z06nRmJSFzybTqLWcmVoqGQC4nqrS1wDXzGVj-xcRBH9T83GHA7SxKbGgoi-vFzO9VzDqSntVsexVqF?key=0hg8gjCEgkdUdbrKbLtwTQ
Right under that, you will see the whole overview of the space, with the project folders. The structure of these folders is as follows:
Client code_project number_project name
Example: DA (as in Domestic Appliances)_23249_CO_Beatle
In that way, the projects belonging to the same client will sit under each other.

In each project folder, there are usually 2 subfolders: one for the CLIENT, one INTERNAL.
In the INTERNAL folder you can add anything meant for the internal teams, such as review files, examples and WIPS that are not yet ready for client review. Avoid sharing any files that have internal comments with the client.
In the CLIENT folder, same as the name of the folder says, you only add files that are ready to be shared with the client.
Whenever a new version is ready for the client, make sure that the files are stacked. You can do that by dragging the new version on top of the old one. After doing that an icon will show up next to the file name showing the version number.

If you want to be able to see the previous version you can open the file and you will have the option to select in between them.

You can also compare between versions. This is useful to be able to track the progress from one version to the next one.
A new version will be added in this folder only after the post producer has confirmed that the feedback is complete and no new comments from the client are coming.
If you’d like to remove a version from your stack, click right on your file and click on ‘Manage version stack’
https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXcJjZGGJ66tvX8ueRTnjVZJRtdcImsb1EbqdjA6ynAgOaW0Etydj0dRN9hv-aDCe10nkncUR0QvlG3RVqwfUzFAA9dHRsC5cbju3v7ugT6pNTew3pX6Q7coHlUVMe7y2NQVVap2hQ7iHVemdnSF0ErPzQJr?key=0hg8gjCEgkdUdbrKbLtwTQ
This will open a new window where you can remove it by clicking on X. This will remove the video from the stack, but not from frame.io. The video will just show up separately in the folder and in case it needs to be deleted, you will have to click right on it and press ‘Delete’.

To create a review link, make sure you have your file(s) selected or your folder, click right and press ‘Share for review’.
