Wenneker works with one centralized server, which we can connect to with the Elements App. For this you need a username + password which either Adele, Daniel or Bart can assist you with.

Float is our booking software. Here the post producers add the bookings, including the amount of time you have for this and extra details.

We use Slack to communicate with each other, share updates or ask questions in general. We create separate channels per project where we gather all the information and share updates.

All Mac computers are centrally controlled to ensure everyone is on the same software version and therefore installation is admin controlled. If however you need to install a plugin, or need to update the software you’re using you can use the Self Service. This software allows you to update and/or give you temporary admin rights.
