Two Companies

Philips Personal Health and Philips Domestic Appliances are two different companies with different rules on guidelines. Below the abbreviation being used per division within the companies.

Font

Neue Frutiger World

Neue Frutiger World is the current font used for all Philips projects. If you work on an older project that still used the old font Centrale Sans, use that and don’t change it to Neue Frutiger World unless it was specifically requested. Use font-weight bold and light.

Font Usage

Philips uses a combination of bold and light weights to emphasise claims. In the After Effects template you will find pre-made text layers that have the correct sizing and placement. Please use these as a baseline for you supers.
