Projects are saved on the server in the project_files > Protools folder. Before opening, always make a copy of the project and save as a new version.
In project with multiple assets, you can navigate the project by the markers ‘memory locations’ - go to window > memory locations.

After importing your media it is important to move everything to the appropriate track. For tracks that are stereo but are split up to dual mono, select both tracks and drag it to the appropriate stereo track. For tracks that are mono, but have been imported as dual mono, you only need to keep one. All unused tracks can be hidden by right clicking on the track and choosing hide.
<aside> 👉 While all three tools are selected, you can manipulate clips with three tools at the same time by placing your cursor on a specific place on the clip. Upper part of the clip is select, lower part of the clip is hand tool and from the upper corners you can drag to add a fade.

To bounce a project, first make sure to select the asset you want to bounce in the timeline by selecting the video layer. Make sure that if the music has dips, that the music layer is copied to the undipped track and all dips are removed.
Important that all bounces always have stems exported as well: Music, SFX, VO. (only export if they are in the audio mix)
When bouncing for TV we need a R128 -23LUfs bounce, while for online we need a -14LUfs bounce. In order to make the one we need, we mute the bus that we do not need. We can then open up the limiter plugin and the LUfs plugin that are added to the bus (hold shift to open multiple plugins). With the plugins open, play through the asset and adjust the threshold in the limiter plugin to achieve the sound you want. Then adjust the limiter to achieve the correct loudness.
Once everything is set up correctly it is time to make the bounce and stems. In the bounce menu add all the tracks that you need.
Note: for the stems select the track that has ‘_stem’ added to it’s name.
In the name of the file always include the projectname- and number_xxLUfs_date_initials: 21376 PH Oneblade Alpha Productfilm Audiomix V3 -14LUfs 20211110wv_Stereo Out
Check the exported files and if all is well, copy them to the assets > audio > bounce folder.
