Protocol Data Management Shoot

Below is a checklist/guidelines to get the footage from the shoot to the Wenneker office and in the correct format for a smooth data load-in.

Pre-Shoot

A few days before the shoot, please fill out this online form . We will gather some important information to ensure the data loading process goes as smoothly as possible. A few things we for example need are;

• the project number, client, and project name;
• the total number of shooting days and the specific dates;
• the type of camera(s) you will be using;
• whether audio will be recorded that needs to be synced (e.g., spoken word by a talent);
• the resolutions that will be recorded (HD, 4K, 6K, etc.);
• whether you will be shooting high-speed shots (i.e., higher than 25fps);
• the VFX Supervisor’s name; and any additional requests to ensure the data loading process goes as smoothly as possible.
