For static/banners/dynamic banners we create the following:

For banners it works the same as statics. For every format we create a png, TIFF, a preview png export for the same banner size and a preview export of all banners with the same content. The PSD file can contain all formats.
For carousels we deliver each frame as a separate png/tiff aswell all the carousels next to each other in a preview png. Make this preview image for each unique aspect ratio. See example:
Naming is the same as with other assets, only we add a separator number behind the main asset number. For example: asset 320 becomes, 320-1, 320-2 etc.
For dynamic banners (both video/static) the process is the same as with carousels. Each frame has a separate export aswell as a preview frame. For video dynamic banners we supply a master (mov + mp4), a clean (mov) and a single ae-collect per asset. So this asset can contain multiple frames.
