Frame.io is our review platform. Here we create sharelinks for both Internal and External (clients) use. Every project has it’s own frame folder, which should mirror the CLIENT WIPS folder on the server.

How to log-in?

1. Go to https://frame.io and click Sign In
2. Fill in [email protected] and click Let’s go
3. Next you’ll see the Adobe login screen. Use continue with Google.
4. In the Choose an account screen, use [email protected] and enter the password that's in 1pass (in the gmail vault) and click next. See the 1password wiki.
5. Now you’re in frame but by default we are in the Philips Home Appliances. We don’t need to use this workspace unless we are uploading a final delivery.
6. Click on the bottom left icon and select My Projects (with Wenneker logo). Now we are in the Wenneker workspace.

General layout

1. Grid or list view → List view gives you the best overview.
2. Filter: Active, inactive or all projects → always put this to All Projects.
3. Sorting: You can sort by name, date of creation etc. → always use Sort by Name and A > Z

Creating a project

When you have to create a new frame project please use the template.

1. Right click the template (1), then choose Duplicate project (2).
2. Enter the name of the project and leave Include assets checked. Then click duplicate

We always put the Client abbreviation in front of the project number in order to have everything sorted alphabetically.
